October Scripture Writing Plan: Prayer

Happy almost October friends!
The new topical plan for this month is over
something I strongly believe in but think many of us struggle with:
PRAYER!

My prayer is that every verse in this plan is a reminder
to you of God's desire to have a relationship with you.
He loves us so and no only wants us to come to Him in prayer,
He has promised us to listen when we do!
I made the plan 31 days and plan to do that with
all topical plans in the future so that they can be done any month-
not just the month I write them for.

You can find a copy of the plan in English and Spanish in the folder HERE.
{Just a reminder, don't try to print the images below or they will be blurry. Be sure to click the link to download a PDF copy!}

You can also find an iPhone lock screen with the plan on it HERE.

Below are the plans for the month of October from last year-
one topical and one over Kindness.
You can download a copy in the folder HERE.

Matt Redman: Gracefully Broken CD {GIVEAWAY!}

Winner: Jennifer Talbot
{Please email me ASAP with your address so I can have the CD sent to you!
I must have it in this week!}

I've long been a fan of Matt Redman and y'all his new album Glory Song
(that releases on Friday, Sept. 29th) is absolutely beautiful and AMAZING!

One of the things I love about this album is that in it Matt unites
with 120 local worship leaders and songwriters on group vocals and special collaborations with fellow GRAMMY® winner Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Kierra Sheard
so it's full of different voices and types of songs.

I love that some of the songs on this album incorporate old hymns like the
song "One Day" that includes lyrics from "When We All Get to Heaven"
and has a bit of a gospel feel to it.

I love so many of the songs on this album that it's hard to pick a favorite
but if I had to choose, Gracefully Broken (featuring Tasha Cobbs) is my favorite.

It's beautiful and poignant and I've had it on repeat since I listened to the album.

Take all I have in these hands
And multiply, God, all that I am
And find my heart on the altar again
Set me on fire, set me on fire
Oh, take all I have in these hands
And multiply, God, all that I am
And find my heart on the altar again
Set me on fire, set me on fire
Here I am, God
Arms wide open
Pouring out my life
Gracefully broken
My heart stands in awe of Your name
Your mighty love stands strong to the end
You will fulfill Your purpose for me
You won't forsake me, You will be with me
Here I am, God
Arms wide open
Pouring out my life
Gracefully broken
Pouring out my life again
Here I am, God
Arms wide open
Pouring out my life
Gracefully broken
Oh, gracefully
All to Jesus now
All to Jesus now
Holding nothing back
Holding nothing back
I surrender
I surrender
I surrender
My second favorite would be Greatest Hallelujah.

Praying for Your Prayer Partner Cards

I'm a HUGE  believer in the power of prayer.
I think many people WANT to pray but
sometimes we all struggle though with not that we should pray,
but WHAT specifically we should pray.

So a few years ago I made some prayer cards.
I made one set of things that I wanted to daily pray
my daughter and another set of things
I wanted to pray specifically for my husband.

I sell several different versions of the cars in my ETSY store
(daughter, son, children, grandchildren, husband, wife)
and love that so many folks
purchase them and are praying using them!

I had a sweet friend ask me recently to make a set of prayer cards for some prayer partners.
It's something that has been on my list to do for a sweet forever
(as have some other sets I want to add) so I was super excited she asked me to do so.

If you have a sister, friend, or prayer partner that you pray for daily and sometimes struggle
with what to pray then these cards are for you!
The cards are an instant digital download and
come 16 to a set and can be printed 4 per page.
Each of the 16 cards has a prayer and a scripture reference
and are great to keep in your purse and card as a reminder to
pray often for your friend, prayer partner or sister.

You can purchase the set of cards HERE in my ETSY store.

Printable Sayings Set #1

I'm a huge lover of quotes and sayings and am always collecting new
 ones to surround myself with.
I have lots of cute little frames and stands to house them in so I recently
decided to create some new cards for myself.

I did them in both a white background and black ground
and thought I'd share them with y'all!
The cards are approximately 2.5 x 3.5 and there are eight cards on a page.

You could even grab a cute little frame or stand, print them out,
and they would make a great little gift!

You can print your own copy HERE

Love them ANYWAY

Lost people act lost.
Hurt people hurt people.
People are cranky and difficult
and selfish and stinky.
But we MUST love them ANYWAY.
Because y'all...that's what God calls us to do
and that's how He loves US!

You can print your own JPG or PDF copy of the printable above at the link HERE
