Christmas Scripture Writing Plan

I so loved writing Thanksgiving scripture each day in November
and heard from many friends who said they did too!
I usually write both the NIV version and The Message version
and since I write mine in the morning before I go to work
and no one else is home, I started saying them out loud as I write them.
I'm sure my dogs are loving hearing so much scripture, huh? :)

I loved it so much that I created a set of Christmas
scriptures for the month of December.
,

Each verse only takes about 10 minutes to copy
and I've included the verse list as well
as a page to write the verses on if you'd like it-
although I use notebook paper to write my verses down.

Click the image above or HERE
to download your own copy!
Praying it blesses you!

For those that have asked, The Bible I use is this one and I LOVE it so-
it has NIV on one side of the page and The Message on the other side!

  2. Thank you! I have been needing to get back into my quiet times for a long time now, but was using the excuse of not knowing what to do. I think this will be a good start. Now I just need to find my Bible and my notebook! Thanks again!

  4. I am doing your November plan right now. I didn't know where it came from. I then did a Google search because I wanted to see if there was a plan for December and found this. Thanks so much! I do this along with my devotional readings and Bible study.

  7. A young friend from Alaska shared this on facebook. I have been writing the daily scriptures for November. I shared with a friend, and she, too, is doing this. Have you written a new list for December, 2015? I see only the one for 2014. It actually does not matter, I know. Dates are dates and scripture is scripture.
Thank you for creating these writing plans. It gives me focus each night as I prepare for bed, causing me to recount my many blessings throughout the past 24 hours.

  8. Thank you for this!!! I thoroughly enjoyed your November plan. Can't wait to start Decembers! I chose a verse a week to "journal". Here is mine from today: http://krystalscardsandmore.blogspot.com/2015/11/scripture-saturday-bible-journaling_28.html

  12. My four children and I have just today begun writing out the Christmas plan. It took my 8 year old daughter 15 minutes to complete. My older boys, who don't like to write, took a bit longer. I was looking for some way to help my children focus on Christ during the Advent season, thank you for offering this simple and yet wonderful resource.
