Good News: 12-12-17

I love happy stories.
You know- those happy, inspiring, tear producing stories that
remind you there IS good in the world!
{And there IS so much good in the world!}

I LOVE those so very much!
I love them so much that I seek them out
daily to remind me of the good in people.

Here are a few of my favorites from the past week!

This story of a boy with autism who wanted to cut down a tree
and the super kindhearted tree farmer that helped his dream come true is just so sweet!

This is my favorite video every of kids telling the Christmas story.
ADORABLE!

I love this program so much- it provides laundry help to help improve attendance rates.
Something so simple that can make such an impact!

It's of a superhero with disabilities just like him.
You can buy the book HERE

An ER staff that did surgery on an elf on the shelf?
SO CUTE!

  1. Hi Shannon. My name is Ida Mathis but I am known as DeeDee. I moved to live with my daughter and her family in Sept. 2015. My prayer at that time was to get to know the Word of God better. I was always getting frustrated because I could read a verse and 5mins later could not tell you a single thing about that verse. So the Holy Spirit took me to Scripture Writing Challenges. Well, after a few hits and misses, I kept coming back to your website. So, in Feb. 2016, I started writing your Scripture challenges. Over the course of the last couple years, I have been sharing news of your challenges. Well, I would never know whether what I shared was being done. That was until Christmas 2017. I got the opportunity to go to spend Christmas with my son in Mississippi. On my way home on the train, I shared your challenges with a couple ladies. And they both went to your website right then while I was sitting there and subscribed to your website!!! All Praise and Glory to God who used me and your website to bring 2 more souls closer to Him!!!!
