I saw this saying on Pinterest earlier today and
knew I had to make it into a printable sign.
knew I had to make it into a printable sign.
Such wise advice....for kids and adults alike!
{If you don't know about Pinterest, it's fabulous, fun, and VERY addicting!
If you'd like an invitation leave me a comment
with your email address & I'll send you one.
You can find my boards here.}
Downloading Issues?
A few people have had problems downloading this from Scribd
{might be a Mac issue?}
so if you have trouble here are a few alternatives:
1. Download from Google Docs here.
2. Leave me a comment with your email address and I'll send it to you.
{or email me and I'll reply}
3. Right click on the smaller image and save it as ajpeg.
I love this one! Too true!
ReplyDeleteI teach this to my Lutheran confirmation students as part of our lesson on the 8th Commandment (Don't bear false witness).

Thank you for sharing this! SOOOO cute! We just had a family night about thinking before we speak. This will be a perfect reminder to put on our family magnet board!
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous......Scribd is just a document sharing site, not a site to actually create documents. Does that make sense? {I make my signs in Powerpoint and then save them as PDF's and upload them to Scribd}.
ReplyDeletei'm having a hard time downloading this one. for some reason the colored letters show up as blocks and it's offset. am i doing something wrong? i stumbled upon your blog today and i'm in love. thank you so much for sharing your talent.
ReplyDeleteKara Jayne....I'm not sure why it's doing that. I just tried from my blog and from Scribd and both turned out fine. Since it's a PDF it should turn out exactly as I saved it so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'll email it to you right now and see if I can figure out why it's being difficult!
ReplyDeletePlease e mail to me vickimullennix@yahoo.com thanks!
DeleteI found this on Pinterest. I love it! I printed it out to hang in my children's room. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'm having the same problem as kara jayne! It's all funny when I download it! I LOVE this sign... thank you so much for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteWell stink. I hate that it's not working for some people. I've checked all the settings and can not for the life of me figure out why it's not working. I'll keep trying to figure out it but in the meantime if you'd like a copy leave me your email address and I'll be happy to send it to you!
ReplyDeleteI am emailing you now so I don't have to post it on here :) Thank you!!

ReplyDeleteOK, I went to school today to create the bulletin board with this poster as my inspiration . . . . I used a paw print border and it says: 'PAWS' before you speak . . . then THINK goes down just like it does on your poster as an acrostic and the questions are off to the side in a cool PEACE font. YAY! Oh, and I also posted it to my counselor's page at school with a link back to your sweet blog!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks again! Barbara

Ditto on wanting a jpeg! Not sure why a .pdf wouldn't maintain the image correctly, but it doesn't seem to.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love the "THINK" poster. :)
Mac Users: If you copy the small box version of the sign up above and drag it to your desktop it will print. Put your curser on the outside edge of the box and drag as if you were highlighting some words to copy them. When the image is all blue, drag it to your desktop. Then double click on that jpg image and it will open up in a little new window. Last, click file and print, and you will have it!
ReplyDeleteTrial and error, finally worked right b4 I was going to email to ask for a copy. It looks to be a little less "crisp" of an image, but looks good.
Thank you for posting!
LOVE this so much! Would you please email it to me at cathyw171@aol.com

ReplyDeleteThanks for the download. I had this as a poster hanging at home when the kids were little but then it got lost during a move. Recently, gossip at work has increased and that reminded me of THINK. I will now print it out and display in various locations at work. Gossip can be so tempting and so hurtful at the same time.
ReplyDeleteFrom one southern woman to another...thank you so much!! I'm using this at home and in my classroom. check out my southern seasoning at www.papajoessalt.com. It's on Pinterest too :)
