I haven't served on a jury, but I have been called for jury duty several times. It has always been an inconvenience for me - each time I have been called. I would rather be at work.
I've been called to jury duty twice but have never made it out of the waiting room. I've always wanted to go thru the process & see how it differs from TV. Hope you make it!
I got called once but my boss told me to get out of it and i was young and naive so it did. I have regretted it ever since. I have always wated to serve on a jury and look forward to the day that they finally call me again. It has been over 15 years since I was called. :(
Have gotten a card SEVERAL times to serve but whenever I call the night before to see if I am still to come in its been cancelled. I'm like Chris, want to see what the process is like.
I did serve on a jury once. It was interesting and a learning experience. On the last day, they wouldn't let us leave over lunch and I was still nursing Tink, so they asked if someone could bring the baby down, Hubby had to bring my breast pump and I had to go into the little bathroom right off the room we were in while everyone knew what I was doing. It was slightly embarrassing.
