Green Bean Salad

4 cups fresh green beans
1/2 cup minced onion
2 T vegetable oil
2 T wine vinegar
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooked turkey, cubed


Wash and cook green beans till tender in boiling water- about 20 minutes. Drain and cool. Toss with remaining ingredients except for turkey. Chill well. Garnish with turkey.
