Monday Morning Question of the Day

I happened to catch Dr. Phil one day this week and he shared a statistic that shocked me.
He said that in a getting to know you conversation,
most people lie an average of three times in the first ten minutes.

At first I was shocked and thought
"I definitely don't do that".

But the more I thought about it, the more I thought
"Welll....maybe I do"

So my question today is, what is the most common lie you tell?

For me, hands down it's what I say when people say "How are you?"
My response, almost 100% of the time is "I'm GREAT!"
(and of course NO ONE is always great!)

So what about you?
